? About the Role:

As a Video KYC Associate, you will interact with customers over video calls and assist with the customer verification and KYC process. The role requires solid communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and a professional approach to customer interactions.

? Eligibility:

- Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers over video calls
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms
- Candidates with experience in KYC, customer service, banking, NBFC, fintech, verification or BPO processes are welcome
- Comfortable working from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month (in-hand)

Depending on the candidate’s profile and selection.

? Work Schedule:

Work days: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Week-off on rotational basis
