About the Role

Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour, and sound, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brand campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, interior videos, and campaign content.

- Work with raw footage and create visually appealing edits aligned with brand requirements.

- Add transitions, sound effects, music, text, subtitles, and motion graphics where required.

- Perform colour correction and basic colour grading.

- Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.

- Collaborate with the marketing, graphic design, photography, and content teams.

- Manage and organise raw footage, project files, and other video assets.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and content formats.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing.





- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, framing, transitions, and visual storytelling.

- Good knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.

- Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them independently.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A strong portfolio/showreel is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in interior, architecture, real estate, lifestyle, or brand content.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

- Understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats.

- Basic understanding of camera footage, frame rates, codecs, resolutions, and aspect ratios.

- Experience working with professional camera footage and different video formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
