Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-driven fashion startup focused on made-to-order women’s clothing across all sizes, powered by digital manufacturing and working towards a zero-waste supply chain.We are looking for a Designer cum Merchandiser to join our B2B team.

Key Requirements

n

• Strong experience in Tech Pack Creation (Mandatory)

n

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop

n

• Positive understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sampling

n

• Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and US sizing standards

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Analyze buyer samples/photos and develop detailed tech packs

n

• Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines

n





• Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing

n

• Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for sample development• Handle fit sample corrections and final sample approvals

n

• Maintain sampling documentation and production files• Coordinate sample dispatch and shipment tracking

n

n

Eligibility

n

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or Textile Technology

n

• 2+ years of experience in merchandising, sampling, or garment development

n

Work Schedule: 6 days working week

n
