Qualifications
- Essential: Ph.D. in Engineering & Technology / Computer Applications.

AND
- Minimum 20 years in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 5 years as Professor / equivalent pay level.
- Desirable: Experience with NBA / NAAC accreditation, Innovation Ecosystems and NEP Implementation & Administration. Strong Publication record and Leadership in academic bodies preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and standardize curriculum development across all technical programs.
- Promote project-based learning, outcome-based education (OBE), and NEP 2020 compliance.
- Build a research-oriented workplace across technical departments.
- Facilitate R&D; projects, patents, consultancies, and startup incubation.




- Support faculty and students in obtaining research grants from national and international agencies.
- Ensure all technical programs meet standards of AICTE, UGC, NBA, and NAAC.
- Manage institutional heads and support staff for seamless operation.
- Guide the recruitment of technical faculty as per AICTE norms.
- Encourage organization & participation in national conferences, symposiums, FDPs and tech fests like hackathons, coding contests, robotics clubs, and technology events.
- Develop partnerships with industry for internships, placements, and sponsored research.
- Ensure timely conduct of lectures, evaluations, exams, and academic counseling.
