nKadkraft Systems is looking for Business Development Engineers to develop new business across major industrial belts in their respective cities.
nWhat you'll do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned industrial territoryn
- Prospect and engage automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturersn
- Build relationships with Engineering, R&D;, Design, Manufacturing and Tooling teamsn
- Understand customer requirements and position appropriate CAD, CAE and engineering simulation solutionsn
- Coordinate with technical/application engineers for software demonstrations,



evaluations and benchmarksn
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting → technical discussion → quotation → negotiation → closuren
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and achieve sales targetsn

nWho we're looking for
nMust have:
nDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Tool Design
n1-3 years of experience in business development / technical sales / industrial sales
nExposure to CAD or CAE / analysis & simulation software is essential
nProven track record in selling high-ticket software solutions, preferably with individual licence values in the range of ₹4-20 lakh
nExisting professional connections with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturers
nStrong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes
nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
nWilling
