nThe Jobs Jungle is a rapid-growing HR-tech company operating two connected businesses: a Staffing & Recruitment Agency and an AI-powered Recruitment Platform. We've built our own ATS and Pre-ATS Studio to help companies hire faster and smarter, and we're now scaling our platform sales team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to sell a product you'll watch grow in real time.
nThe Role
nWe're hiring a Junior Sales Executive to sell The Jobs Jungle's recruitment platform (ATS + Pre-ATS Studio) to mid-scale companies across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, pan india and further in European Countries (200–1,000 employees). You'll own outbound prospecting, run demos, and help convert interest into signed clients. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role — you'll work directly with the CEO and see your pipeline decisions shape company revenue.

- Prospect and build outbound lists of target companies (200–1000 employee scaleups)n
- Run cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified meetingsn
- Deliver product demos of the ATS / Pre-ATS Studio to prospective clientsn
- Manage your pipeline end-to-end — from first touch to closed deal — using our CRMn
- Gather and relay market feedback to help shape product and positioningn
- Hit weekly/monthly outreach and pipeline targetsn

nWho You Are

- Fresh graduate from a top-tier university (any discipline; business/commerce/economics background is a plus)n
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Englishn
- Comfortable with digital sales — LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, video demosn
- Naturally persuasive, curious, and not afraid of rejection or cold outreachn
- Highly organized — able to manage a pipeline without things slipping through the crack
