nClient Transformation & Training Excellence
nConduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.
nDesign customised, science-backed training programmes.
nDeliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
nTrack measurable progress and drive visible client results.
nModify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.
nPremium Member Experience




nBuild long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.
nProvide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
nMaintain Gold's Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
nPromote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.
nSafety & Compliance
nEnsure safe usage of all gym equipment.
nFollow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
nProvide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.
nWhat We're Looking For
nMinimum 3+ years of professional training experience
nValid Certification: ACE / NASM / K11 / GGFI (Mandatory)
nStrong communication skills in English
nPassion for fitness with a transformation-driven mindset
nStrong sales orientation and member engagement skills
