(AEPL) Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – with extensive travel across India Department: Domestic Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ years in Industrial / Technical Sales Compensation: ₹80 to 90k per month + Performance Incentives Travel: 50%+ across India Performance-linked incentives on order booking and collections Travel and communication expenses reimbursed as per company policy Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Domestic Market to lead AEPL's domestic sales candidate will have end-to-end ownership of the domestic sales cycle , including lead generation, customer meetings, technical and commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, order closure, collections, and customer relationship management.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in boiler sales, burner sales, industrial equipment sales, LPG, CGD, industrial gases,



or similar technical B2B products .This is a high-responsibility role for a sales professional who is confident in handling customers independently and is comfortable travelling extensively across India. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Enquiry Management Handle and respond to domestic enquiries received through websites, exhibitions, referrals, IndiaMART/online portals, distributors, and existing customers. Generate new business through cold calling, market mapping, industry contacts, references, and customer visits. Qualify enquiries based on customer requirements, application, project value, timelines, and commercial potential. Maintain an updated lead and opportunity pipeline. Ensure every enquiry is followed up within the defined timeline and no potential lead is left unattended. 2. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute strategies to achieve domestic sales targets. Identify recent markets, industries, customers
