Job Description Job Title: Graphic Designer n Location: Onsite in Pune n Time: Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 1 am Shift timings n Employment Type: Full-time n Role Overview n We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, transforming concepts into engaging assets that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience. n Key Responsibilities n n Visual Content Creation: Design digital marketing graphics, social media assets, ad creatives, email banners, website visuals, and print collaterals (flyers, brochures, packaging). n Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to our brand guidelines while continually evolving our creative aesthetic. n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and project managers to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into visual solutions. n Production & Pre-Press: Prepare final layout files for digital distribution and print production, ensuring correct dimensions,



resolution, and color profiles. n Iterative Design: Present concepts, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and refine designs to meet project goals and deadlines. n n Requirements & Qualifications n n Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house). n Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling across print and digital media. n Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus) and digital design tools like Figma or Canva. n Soft Skills: Excellent visual communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines. n n Preferred Qualifications n n Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles or web design. n Motion graphics or video editing experience. n
