Video Editor – Urgent Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor who understands that good editing is more than just cutting clips together.

We want new talent with a solid understanding of social media, current video trends, audience behaviour, and storytelling. You should know what makes people stop scrolling, watch till the end, and engage with a video.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, ads, and client projects.
- Create engaging videos according to the latest social media trends and audience preferences.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to improve video quality.
- Adapt videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Understand the target audience and create edits that are engaging, relevant, and platform-friendly.
- Keep up with trending formats, editing styles, sounds, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Work with the creative/content team to turn ideas into compelling video content.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions quickly while maintaining quality.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of CapCut is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual flow.
- Good knowledge of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to identify what type of content is currently performing well.




- Strong creative sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging first 3–5 seconds/hooks that capture audience attention.
