Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Video Editor to create compelling and impactful video content focused on social causes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of storytelling that can drive awareness and positive change. This role requires a keen eye for detail, storytelling skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit raw video content into compelling stories that highlight key social issues, ensuring high quality and emotional engagement.
- Add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to evoke the right tone and support the message of the content.
- Develop creative video concepts, including scripts and storyboards, in collaboration with content creators and the production team.
- Design and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and infographics to present complex data or messages in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Create content in multiple formats (documentaries, interviews, event coverage, social media clips) suitable for various platforms and audiences.
- Edit interviews and testimonials with activists, community leaders, and beneficiaries, ensuring that their voices are authentically represented.
- Assist with pre-production tasks such as ideation, planning, and scheduling for video shoots.
- Ensure consistency in branding,



tone, and style across all video content while maintaining sensitivity toward the subject matter.
- Manage and organize a growing library of video assets, ensuring easy access and proper archiving for future projects.
- Conduct quality checks on the final output to ensure it is free from errors and meets production standards.
- Stay informed about current social issues and digital media trends to produce relevant, timely content.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright laws, privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines for social cause storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics (After Effects preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
