About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas, raw footage, and marketing concepts into high-quality videos for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging motion graphics, reels, advertisements, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, video ads, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Develop motion graphics, animated text, transitions, titles, and visual effects.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver the required content.
- Select appropriate footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and animations.
- Create videos that maintain brand consistency and communicate the intended message clearly.
- Add subtitles, captions, color correction, sound design, and other finishing elements.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions.
- Stay updated with current video editing, motion graphics, social media, and content trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Take creative feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.

Required Skills




- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Good knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, resolution, and compression.
- Understanding of social media video trends and audience engagement.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating performance marketing videos and video advertisements.
- Knowledge of 2D animation and kinetic typography.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio mixing.
- Experience with AI-based video and creative tools.
- Experience working with corporate, real estate, technology, or marketing content is a plus.
