Role Description The Video Editor role at Koiner Properties is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for editing video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, client testimonials, and social media channels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, graphics, and sound, and ensuring consistent branding and storytelling across all video assets.

Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives, propose creative concepts,



and deliver high-quality videos within deadlines. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining an organized media library, and staying current with video trends and best practices that support real estate marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, infographics, and branded visual elements.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories, with strong attention to detail, pacing, and audio-visual alignment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
