Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor with strong skills in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and social media content . The candidate should be able to turn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, polished videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos & digital content
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & digital platforms
- Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, captions & graphics
- Create basic motion graphics and visual effects
- Edit videos based on scripts, concepts and client requirements
- Work with creative, content, PR and client servicing teams
- Handle revisions and deliver projects within deadlines
- Export videos according to platform-specific formats and specifications
- Stay updated with video, social media, motion graphics & AI trends

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced/Strong
- Adobe After Effects – Good working knowledge
- Strong understanding of Storytelling, Editing, Pacing & Visual Composition
- Valuable knowledge of Transitions, Sound, Music, Captions & Visual Effects




- Basic–Positive Motion Graphics skills
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts & Digital Advertisements
- Understanding of current Social Media Video Trends

Good to have: Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Figma, AI Video Tools, Colour Correction & Basic Sound Design

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years relevant Video Editing experience
- Degree/Diploma in Media, Film, Art, Design or related field
- Advertising Agency / Production House / Creative Agency experience preferred
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Good communication and time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- On-site role in Kharagpur
- Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
