ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own the post-production pipeline at Cornflakes Media — from raw footage to final export. You'll edit long-form brand films, product videos, reels, and everything in between. You're rapid without being sloppy, creative without losing the brief, and technically fluent across the industry's leading tools. A strong showreel is non-negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit short-form and long-form video content
- Perform colour correction and colour grading to maintain visual consistency across deliverables
- Mix and sync audio: dialogue, music, SFX, and voiceover with precision
- Manage multi-format exports optimised for each platform
- Maintain an organised asset library: project files, raw footage, graphics, and audio
- Collaborate with directors, creative directors to align edits with creative briefs
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently — revisions done right the first time
- Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific content formats
- Contribute creative ideas during pre-production — suggest pacing, music, and storytelling approaches

Editing & Post-Production

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (any two required; all three preferred)

Motion Graphics & VFX

Adobe After Effects — keyframe animation, expressions, compositing, motion tracking

Colour Grading

DaVinci Resolve Colour Page, LUT application, primary and secondary correction

Audio

Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro audio workspace — mixing,



noise reduction, EQ, SFX sync

Storage & Collaboration

Frame.io or similar review platforms, Google Drive, Dropbox — organised project management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 years of professional video editing experience — agency, production house, or in-house brand
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating range: social content, brand films, motion graphics
- Proven ability to edit in multiple formats and styles — punchy social cuts to long-form storytelling
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in colour grading — not just brightness and contrast, but cinematic-grade colour work
- Solid audio editing skills — you know the difference between a good mix and a great one
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising output quality
- Strong communication skills — you take feedback well and ask the right questions upfront

- Experience editing content for creator economy, influencer, or brand collab campaigns
- Familiarity with AI video generation and integration tools
