Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor and Photographer role based in Indore. The role involves planning and executing video and photo shoots, including concept development, shot listing, and coordination with internal teams. The professional will capture high-quality footage and images, handle video editing, color grading, and basic sound alignment, and prepare content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include creating motion graphics as needed, optimizing visuals for social media, web, and presentations, and maintaining organized media libraries.



The role also requires collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and managing video and photo projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in video editing and post-production workflows using industry-standard software.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and basic graphics creation to enhance video and digital content.
- Proficiency with cameras, lighting equipment, and audio basics for on-site shoots.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and photography work across different formats and platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing assets is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
