Role Description The Video Content Creator Intern is a full-time remote role focused on producing engaging video content that supports PPStack’s educational, career, and digital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scripting video content, recording and editing videos for social media, websites, and learning platforms, and repurposing educational materials into short-form and long-form video formats. The intern will collaborate with instructional designers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, learning objectives, and audience needs.

Additional tasks may include creating motion graphics or simple animations, optimizing videos for different channels,



and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and educational series.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and editing (e.g., camera operation, basic lighting and audio, use of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning and storytelling (e.g., scriptwriting, storyboarding, structuring educational or promotional narratives, and adapting complex topics into transparent visual explanations).
- Candidates should possess skills in digital media and social platforms (e.g., familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok formats; understanding of basic video SEO, thumbnails, and audience engagement strategies).
- Candidates should possess basic design and branding awareness (e.g., visual consistency, typography, color usage, and alignment with brand tone and guidelines; basic experience with Canva or graphic tools is a plus).
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills (e.g., clear written and verbal communication, openness to feedback, ability to work with remote teams, and reliable time management).
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a program in media, communications, film, design, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; interest in EdTech, AI, and digital careers is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain organized workflows, and demonstrate a portfolio or samples of previous video or creative work.
