- Support the Principal in academic, administrative and institutional operations.

- Monitor teaching, learning and academic discipline across all departments.

- Coordinate with HoDs and faculty members for effective academic planning and execution.

- Review faculty workload, attendance, performance and academic delivery.

- Monitor student attendance, discipline, grievances and overall student welfare.

- Ensure timely conduct of internal assessments, university examinations, practicals and academic activities.

- Coordinate NBA/NAAC/NIRF and other statutory/accreditation requirements.

- Monitor laboratories, workshops, classrooms, library and other academic infrastructure.

- Promote industry interaction, internships, placements, projects and value-added programmes.





- Review academic results and initiate corrective actions to improve student performance.

- Ensure compliance with AICTE, Anna University/affiliating university and other regulatory requirements, as applicable.

- Support faculty recruitment, induction, training and development.

- Coordinate student/faculty events, seminars, conferences and co-curricular activities.

- Prepare and review academic reports, MIS and management updates.

- Act on behalf of the Principal during his/her absence and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the college.

- Work closely with Management, Principal, HoDs, faculty, students and administrative departments to achieve institutional objectives.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
