Role Description: The Vice President will be a senior member of the advisory team, leading complex corporate finance engagements for mid-market clients in capital-intensive sectors. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ooty, responsible for managing client relationships, structuring transactions, and overseeing delivery of advisory mandates. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing investment readiness, coordinating financial and strategic analysis, designing capital structures, and driving M&A; processes from origination through execution.

The Vice

President will collaborate with founders and management teams to refine governance frameworks,



financial narratives, and investor pitches, ensuring alignment with institutional expectations. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to the development of the ICRP™ framework, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong corporate finance and capital markets expertise, including experience with investment readiness, capital structuring, and M&A; advisory.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders at founder and board level, and handle complex negotiations.
- Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and strategic assessment for mid-market enterprises.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling financial narratives, investor materials, and governance documentation.
- Track record in sectors such as Aerospace, Deep-Tech, Infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring teams, setting priorities, and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; an MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, and comfort working on-site in Ooty with a focus on long-term client value creation.
