JD:

1. Project Execution Leadership Provide overall leadership for execution of multiple projects across locations.

Drive projects from mobilization through completion, commissioning and handover.

Establish execution strategies, priorities, milestones and performance standards.

Conduct regular project reviews with Project Heads and senior management.

Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective actions.

2. Time, Cost & Quality Management Ensure projects are delivered within approved cost, schedule, scope and quality parameters.

Monitor project budgets, productivity, resource utilization and cost performance.

Review project schedules, critical paths and recovery plans.

Ensure effective quality assurance and quality-control systems.

3. Construction & Technical Coordination Oversee Civil, Structural, MEP, finishing and external development activities as applicable.

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contracts and Commercial teams.

Resolve technical and execution-related issues affecting project progress.

Ensure constructability and execution requirements are incorporated into project planning.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management Oversee selection, performance and management of major contractors/subcontractors.

Monitor contractor productivity, manpower, equipment and deliverables.

Ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved.





Support resolution of major commercial and contractual issues.

5. Planning & Project Controls Review master schedules, L1/L2 schedules, look-ahead plans and recovery programmes.

Establish project review mechanisms and performance dashboards.

Monitor project KPIs, productivity and milestone achievement.

Ensure early identification and mitigation of project risks.

6. Procurement & Resource Planning Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of critical materials and equipment.

Review long-lead items and procurement plans against project schedules.

Ensure adequate manpower, machinery and resources are deployed at projects.

7. HSE & Statutory Compliance Drive a strong culture of Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) across all projects.

Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Monitor safety performance and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.

8. Client & Stakeholder Management Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, consultants, architects and PMC teams.

Participate in key client meetings and negotiations.

Resolve critical project issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Represent the organization in major project-level discussions.

9. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Heads, Project Managers and execution teams.

Develop a strong project leadership pipeline.

Establish accountability, performance standards and review mechanisms.
