Job Summary We are looking to hire a human resources and Admin in-charge with progressive HR experience who will lead our human resources team and ensure that all human resources-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively. As an HR Head, you will work closely with the senior management on strategies related to human resources.
You must have deep knowledge of HR-related market trends and laws. You should display robust leadership qualities on a number of fronts, including demonstrating a high level of professional ethics, nurturing team talent, and championing our corporate initiatives. Additionally, youll handle any employee concerns and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company's objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Make sure our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Partner with the existing stakeholders to manage the sourcing and recruiting for various departments.
- Enhance the organisations recruiting capabilities to drive transformative growth, culture,
and continuous improvement
- Create and implement creative sourcing strategies and plans for open requisitions.
- Build a continuous talent pipeline through referrals, social media campaigns, and the creation of networks and build pipeline in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to ensure all Global Talent tools, processes, and programs directly support business needs
- Drive consistency and quality across all locations and expand in-house sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation.
- Partner with the business to develop recruitment strategy and process that will enable the business strategy
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws and employee life cycle end to end.
- Act as a Business Partner to support the achievement of business goals.
- Act as an advocate for Company values at all times and ensure others act as role models within the function and management team to which they are aligned
- Because this is a strategic position, you will also develop and implement HR policies that support our business goals and create a positive workplace culture.
- Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
- Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards, ensure grievance redressal, and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
- Use HR Metrics and regularly share manpower related reports, analyze data and report to the board and senior managers.
- Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover and manage overall organization's discipline.
- Manager the overall admin related activities as well.
Qualifications And Skills
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources. Ideal Candidate Profile: 15-18 years of progressive HR experience in senior HRBP / Head HR roles.
- HRBP with relevant experience in the NBFC / BFSI segment preferred.
- Experience in stakeholder management and being an employee champion.
- Solid understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and employment law.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of human resources and labor law
- Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated.
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders.
- Experience interfacing with international audiences.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines.
