AM Growth Partners is expanding its internal creative team and is hiring talented Video Editors and Graphic Designers in Hyderabad.

You DO NOT need to be skilled in both areas to apply. We are looking for candidates who are genuinely solid in their respective creative specialisation and can produce professional, modern and high-quality work.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with AM Growth Partners.

We are not looking for agencies or project-based freelancers for this position.

VIDEO EDITOR Role & Responsibilities

Candidates applying as Video Editors will primarily work on:

- Instagram Reels
- Short-form social media videos
- Founder-led videos
- Educational content
- Promotional videos
- Brand videos
- Advertisement creatives
- Video campaigns for educational institutions
- Long-form to short-form content repurposing
- Captions and subtitles
- B-roll integration
- Transitions
- Sound design
- Music selection
- Colour correction and grading
- Motion graphics and text animation
- Creating strong hooks, pacing and audience retention

Preferred Video Editing Skills Knowledge of tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Motion Graphics tools

You should have a strong understanding of modern Instagram Reels, social media content and short-form video editing styles. GRAPHIC DESIGNER Role & Responsibilities

Candidates applying as Graphic Designers will primarily work on:

- Instagram Posts
- Social Media Creatives
- Posters
- Carousels
- Advertisement Creatives
- Campaign Creatives
- Marketing Creatives
- Thumbnails
- Brochure / marketing graphics
- Presentation creatives
- Brand templates
- Educational institution creatives
- Digital campaign assets

Preferred Graphic Design Skills Knowledge of tools such as:

You should have a strong understanding of:

- Layout
- Composition
- Visual Hierarchy

Candidates Who Can Do Both If you are skilled in both Video Editing and Graphic Designing, you are absolutely welcome to apply and will be considered accordingly.

However, being skilled in both is NOT mandatory.

We care more about you being excellent at your core skill than average at multiple skills.
