We are looking for a VBA to automate business processes, streamline reporting and build data-driven dashboards across Finance, CRM and other functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop VBA Macros to automate repetitive Excel-based processes.
- Automate Finance, MIS and management reporting.
- Build interactive Excel dashboards and business reports.
- Analyse and consolidate Finance & CRM data for actionable insights.
- Automate data extraction, reconciliation, consolidation and report generation.
- Improve existing Excel-based processes for accuracy, efficiency and turnaround time.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Key Skills
- Strong Excel & VBA/Macros expertise.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.
- Experience in MIS, Finance reporting and dashboarding.
- Understanding of CRM data and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder communication skills.
Valuable to Have
- Power BI knowledge.
- SQL/database exposure.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot.
Experience 3-6 years in VBA, Excel Automation, MIS, Reporting or Business Analytics.
