Job DescriptionRole Purpose Statement
nThe role will support the GBO Governance and PMO team in coordinating governance activities, tracking workstream progress, preparing management reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication and change management activities across the GBO transformation program. The individual will help ensure governance forums are effectively organized, actions are tracked to closure, updates are consolidated accurately, and leadership materials are prepared in a timely and skilled manner.
nMain Accountabilities
n1. Governance and PMO Coordination Support

- Support tracking of progress across GBO workstreams and follow up on agreed actions, deliverables, and milestones.n
- Maintain workstream trackers, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation.n
- Coordinate with workstream PMOs and stakeholders to collect updates, templates, and required inputs.n
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and key milestones to support governance reviews.n




- Support identification and escalation of overdue actions, risks, and documentation gaps.n
- Ensure governance records, meeting materials, and project artifacts are organized and up to date.n

n2. Reporting and Management Information Support

- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and governance updates for leadership review.n
- Consolidate workstream updates, key achievements, risks, dependencies, and action items into standardized reporting templates.n
- Support collection and validation of KPI, milestone, and project performance data.n
- Assist in preparing executive summaries, meeting packs, and leadership presentations.n
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information before submission.n
- Maintain reporting calendars and track reporting deadlines.n
