Job DescriptionDesignation: Sr. Executive - YouTube
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop and execute YouTube channel strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
nManage the end-to-end YouTube content calendar, including video uploads, Shorts, playlists, and community content.
nConduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, thumbnails, and metadata for discoverability.
nTrack YouTube Analytics, including views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, engagement, subscribers, and traffic sources.
nIdentify content trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats to improve channel performance.
nWork closely with content writers, designers, video editors, social media teams, and account managers.




nProvide creative inputs for video concepts, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and Shorts.
nMonitor channel performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
nSupport YouTube SEO and audience-growth initiatives.
nStay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, platform features, creator trends, and best practices.
nCoordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
nExperiment with different content formats and A/B testing opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
