nJob Title – Project Architect
nRequired Skills & Qualifications –
n· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
n· 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
n· Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
n· Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
n· Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
n· Strong communication and presentation skills.
n· Team Management Skills
n· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Project Design & Development:
n· Lead the design process from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design vision.
n· Review and approve detailed architectural drawings (working and municipal), construction documents, and details.drawings, plans, and specifications.
n· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
n· Provide creative input on design solutions, space planning, and material selection.
n· Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables throughout the various project phases
n2. Project Coordination & Management:
n· Collaborate and coordinate with Project Heads, Team Leaders, and consultants (MEP, structural, and other ) to integrate work into the overall design and ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.
n· Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations and address client feedb
