Job Summary n

Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. n

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospective customers, and converting qualified leads into successful sales/enrollments. n

Key Responsibilities n

* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers. n
n* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate learning programs. n
n* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. n
n* Convert qualified leads into successful sales/enrollments. n
n* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. n
n* Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in CRM. n




n* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. n
n* Handle customer objections and effectively communicate the value proposition. n
n* Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion. n
n* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. n

Candidate Requirements n

* 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Telesales, EdTech Sales or Education Sales. n
n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. n
n* Valuable convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities. n
n* Proven ability to achieve sales targets. n
n* Experience in handling and converting leads. n
n* Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes. n
n* Candidates with B2C sales experience will be preferred. n
n* Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred. n
n* Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory. n
