Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

n

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, sales targets, and project timelines.

n

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define market positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new launches.

n

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital, brand, performance, CRM, design, content, etc.).

n

2. Brand & Communications

n

• Strengthen the UK Realty brand identity across all touchpoints — online, offline, and experiential.

n

• Ensure consistent brand voice across ATL/BTL campaigns, digital channels, and customer communication.

n

• Drive high-impact storytelling around the company's vision, projects, and customer success stories.

n

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

n

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing.

n

• Use analytics and tools to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and improve lead quality.

n

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.

n

4. Marketing Automation

n

• Implement driven tools for customer segmentation, predictive lead scoring, chatbot engagement, and content personalization.

n

• Use generative to accelerate campaign design, ad copy creation, and social content ideation.

n

• Leverage data analytics and machine learning to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

n

• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to marketing and real estate.

n

5. Market Research & Consumer Insights

n

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis to inform marketing strategies.

n

• Use and data visualization tools to extract trends and predict market shifts.

n

• Build dashboards for real-time performance tracking and leadership reporting.

n

6. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

n

• Manage relationships with media houses, digital agencies, PR firms, and tech partners.

n





• Drive strategic partnerships with PropTech, fintech, and startups to enhance marketing innovation.

n

7. Events, PR & Offline Marketing

n

• Plan and execute large-scale real estate events, exhibitions, and experiential activations.

n

• Strengthen media relations and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

n

:• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputed institution

n

.• Additional certification in for Business / Digital Marketing / Data Analytics preferred

Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate, lifestyle, or property developme

n

nt.• Proven track record in launching and scaling residential/commercial real estate projec

ts.• Experience working with or leading enabled marketing systems (e.g.ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google AI tools, etc.).

n

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong command of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM to

ols).• Deep understanding of consumer funnels, ROI metrics, and marketing attribution mo
