Director -Conferences & Strategic Relations

Develop and execute national and international conferences, summits, and forums.

/n

/n

Build relationships with ministers, bureaucrats, diplomats, industry leaders, universities, embassies, and international organizations.

/n

/n

Secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional collaborations.

/n

/n

Coordinate protocol for VVIPs, foreign delegates, and government officials.

/n

/n

Represent the organization at national and global events.

/n

/n

Lead conference strategy, speaker acquisition, delegate engagement, and media relations.

/n

/n

Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on flagship initiatives.

/n

/n

15–25+ years of experience.

/n

/n

Solid network in government, politics, academia, industry, and international organizations.

/n

/n

Experience managing large conferences with 500–5,000+ delegates.

/n

/n

Exposure to organizations such as international universities, policy think tanks, chambers of commerce, multilateral agencies, or major industry bodies.

/n

/n

Excellent negotiation, protocol, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
