n n Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
n Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
n Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
n Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
n Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
n Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
n Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
n
