Role Description This is a full-time Motion Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for brand campaigns, social media, and digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual stories, designing and animating assets, editing video content, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring brand narratives to life, along with some branding work.

The person in this role will either adapt existing brand guidelines into dynamic motion content or create new brand identities and ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
n
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
n




- Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for brand assets and layouts.
n
- Ability to use industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
n
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour, and composition.
n
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
n
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, media arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
n
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and branding work for brand or agency projects.
