Job Description For the Growth Leader who wants to build, not just manage.
n We're looking for a VP – Growth to join a high-growth Fintech / Consumer Internet business and build the next phase of its growth engine.
n This is a business ownership role — not a traditional performance marketing or acquisition mandate.
n You will sit at the intersection of Business , Product , Marketing , Tech ,Data, turning growth strategy into measurable business outcomes.
n What will you own?
n GTM → Define customer segments, positioning, channel strategy and launch roadmaps
n Acquisition → Build scalable paid and organic acquisition engines
n Engagement & Retention → Improve the journey from acquisition to activation, conversion and retention
n Monetisation → Drive Revenue, GMV, ARPU/ATS and contribution margins
n Growth Economics → Own CAC, ROAS, payback and unit economics
n Experimentation → Build a hypothesis-led testing culture and scale what works
n Growth Analytics → Strengthen attribution and connect marketing investment to business contribution
n Cross-functional Leadership → Bring Product, Marketing, Tech,

n • 10–12+ years across Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy
n • Strong Fintech / Consumer Internet experience
n • Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition
n • Strong command of CAC, ROAS, payback & contribution margin
n • Proven ownership of business outcomes, not just channel metrics
n • Strong GTM and cross-functional execution experience
n • High analytical orientation + robust bias for action
n • Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
n Lending / Fintech | Product-led growth | Large-budget management would be a strong plus.
