for Manager in Value Creation: Deal &

- Value Creation Execution Lead and manage ODD workstreams, including cost structures, margin drivers, and operational performance Identify and quantify value creation levers (cost take-out, pricing, productivity, working capital) Support synergy identification and tracking for M&A; deals Build and review standalone cost models, carve-out analyses, and business plans Financial &
- Operational Analysis Develop robust financial models (revenue, EBITDA, cost benchmarking, unit economics) Conduct peer benchmarking and performance diagnostics Translate data into actionable insights and value creation plans Support development of 100-day plans and transformation roadmaps Project &
- Stakeholder Management Manage project execution including planning, tracking, and delivery timelines Act as a key interface with onshore teams and clients Work closely with Senior Managers/Directors on hypothesis development and storyline building Review team outputs to ensure quality,
