The position involves a mix of desk-based analysis and fieldwork, requiring candidates to conduct market studies, property inspections, and data collection across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting real estate valuation assignments across asset classes.
- Perform market research and collect relevant property and transactional data.
- Conduct site visits, property inspections, and field surveys.
- Support preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and market studies.
- Gather, analyze, and maintain market intelligence and comparable property data.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution.
- Travel within and outside Mumbai as required for site inspections and project assignments.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data gathering and reporting activities.

Apprenticeship Program Details

- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Mumbai
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing post-graduation
- Educational Background: Finance, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Field Work & Travel: Candidates should be comfortable conducting market studies, visiting project sites, and traveling within the city as required.
