Tasks &

- Activities:

- Lead Handling: Respond to travel enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and CRM platforms. Understand client requirements and qualify leads accordingly.

- Client Consultation: Interact with travellers to understand travel preferences, budget, travel style, duration, and expectations. Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, and experiences.

- Itinerary Preparation: Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements. Modify and update itineraries based on client feedback and operational feasibility.

- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and share quotations including inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and travel notes in company format.

- Follow-Up &
- Booking Conversion:



Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Booking Coordination: Collect traveller details, booking confirmations, and advance payments. Coordinate smooth handover to operations team after booking confirmation.

- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of client communication, follow-ups, booking stages, and payment status in CRM.

- Vendor &

- Operations Coordination: Coordinate internally with operations team and vendors for availability checks, costing support, and booking requirements.

- Client Support: Assist travellers with basic travel guidance, documentation requirements, and support during pre-travel and travel stages.

- Post-Trip Follow-Up: Collect client feedback, reviews, and referral opportunities after trip completion.

- Product &

- Destination Learning: Continuously improve destination knowledge, travel trends, supplier understanding, and tourism product knowledge through research and training.
