Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
2. Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
4. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
5. Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
6. Learn and work with US IT recruitment processes, terminologies, and requirements.

What We're Looking For:

1. Freshers with a solid interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable working in a US shift.
