About the RoleWe are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to support US-based IT staffing and recruitment requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US clients and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze US IT job requirements and client specifications.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and overall suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess profiles against job requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment cycles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting submission and hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends,



technologies, job markets, and recruitment practices.
- Work closely with account managers and recruitment teams to meet client requirements and delivery goals.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for US-based IT positions.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Must be located within commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana.
