About the Role

KKB Talent Network is hiring US IT Recruiters on behalf of one of our clients in Hyderabad.

We are looking for recruiters with strong, hands-on experience in the US IT staffing and recruitment industry who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Prior US IT Recruitment experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on technical requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors where applicable.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand requirements and close positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience
- Solid understanding of the US staffing industry
- Experience with W2, C2C, C2H, and/or 1099 hiring




- Good understanding of US work authorization categories, including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen
- Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
- Strong understanding of the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle

Preferred Profile
- Experience working in a US staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Experience handling multiple US IT requirements simultaneously
- Strong understanding of technical IT requirements
- Experience with candidate qualification, submissions, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and closures
- Ability to work effectively during US business hours

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month
