Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Indore, MP (Onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Yrs.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place technical talent for our clients/internal teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions in the US staffing market (W2, C2C, C2H, 1099) and is comfortable working with visa candidates (H1B, GC, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), internal ATS/database, referrals, and social networking.
- Understand client requirements (job descriptions) and identify matching candidates for technical roles (e.g., Java Developer, .NET Developer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Business Analyst, QA, Network Engineer, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, rate/salary expectations, visa status, and availability.
- Negotiate compensation, rates (W2/C2C), and contract terms with candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including reference checks and background verification coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS with accurate records and pipeline status.
- Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, vendors,



and preferred candidates for future requirements.
- Work closely with account managers/bench sales team to align on requirements and submissions.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets (KPIs).
- Stay updated on US tax terms, visa classifications, and labor law basics relevant to staffing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (specify range based on level: Junior/Senior).
- Robust knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099, C2H.
- Familiarity with visa types: H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter.
- Experience using ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Crelate, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones (night shift, if role is based outside the US).
- Strong understanding of technical IT roles and terminologies (a plus, not always mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience recruiting for [specific tech stack, e.g., Cloud/DevOps, Data/AI, SAP, etc.].
- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or Tier-1 vendors.
