Prepare/review U.S. international tax returns, compliance forms, workpapers, calculations and reconciliations; analyze cross-border transactions, research U.S. tax regulations, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, timely filings.

Required Candidate profile

Solid knowledge of U.S. international tax, GILTI, FDII, foreign corporations, partnerships and disregarded entities, with analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
