**US Healthcare GTM - Sales Development Representative

We are building a new hardware + software AI transcription product for healthcare, designed for doctors and medical practices in the United States.

The product combines a lightweight physical device with AI software to capture clinical conversations, generate structured documentation and help reduce the administrative work surrounding patient visits.

We are hiring in India for a Sales Development Representative to help build our US Healthcare GTM motion.

The core objective is easy:

Help us acquire our first 100 medical practices in the United States and build a repeatable GTM engine from there.

What you’ll do

- Identify high-potential medical specialties, practices and decision-makers across the United States
- Research and build targeted account lists
- Run outbound across calls, email and LinkedIn
- Speak directly with doctors, practice owners and administrators
- Book and support product demonstrations
- Test different positioning, messaging and specialty-specific sales approaches
- Identify physician communities, associations, creators and other potential distribution channels
- Research and participate in relevant US healthcare conferences and events




- Track outreach, conversations, objections and conversions
- Turn early learnings into a repeatable GTM playbook
- Help build and scale the US sales engine as we grow

This is not a list-and-dial role.

We are looking for someone who can understand a new product, research the market, identify where the strongest opportunities are, find the right people, reach them creatively and continuously improve the sales motion.

Who we’re looking for

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development or GTM
- Experience selling to customers in the United States is strongly preferred
- Experience selling into US healthcare, doctors, clinics or medical practices is a major advantage
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct outbound
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly resourceful and comfortable working with limited structure
- Interested in AI, healthcare and new technology
- Excited by the opportunity to help build a GTM motion from the ground up
