Role & responsibilities

- Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)

- Stock audit & reduce shrink

- Manpower management

- Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency

- Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations

- Planning & managing reverse logistics

- Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency

- FEFO &
- FIFO Management

- Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Having F&V; experience will be an added advantage.

- Know-how of google sheet is must.

- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment

- Should be open to work in shifts (Day &
- Night)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Manage large, big box technologically enhanced high end warehouse operations.

- Driving SOP and KPI for warehousing operations and benchmark them.

- Work closely with all the functions to achieve overall business goals

- Warehouse efficiencies and SLA management.

- Distribution (Mid-mile Logistics)

- Planning & managing reverse logistics

- Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency

- FEFO &
- FIFO Management

- Coordination with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.

- Warehouse Stock audit, Reduce shrink





- Engaging with various teams to streamline the processes and operations.

- Creating annual calendar for peak seasons and planning operations accordingly to requirement

Preferred Candidate: -

- 3 to 4 years of experience in establishing and managing multiple and large, big box technologically enhanced high-end warehouse & logistic operations.

- Having F&V; experience will be an added advantage.

- Effective Analytical, Communications &
- Excel skills are a must.

- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment

- Ability to work with 3PL partners

- Should have experience towards managing a large team, City heads/WH heads will be reporting into the candidate

- Ability think Consumer first and go deep into consumer needs and create innovative solutions for their needs

- Overall, should have managed warehousing planning, Distribution & logistic operations of leading organizations

- Ability to forecast and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.

- Drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while engaging others in an effort to reduce shrink.

- Ability to develop systems, processes, and infrastructure related to warehouse & logistic.

- Implemented lean process and innovative technology solutions to improve automation and productivity.

- Ability to analyzing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for exponentially expanding business
