Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively convert leads to confirmed sales, nurturing potential customers into loyal clients.

- Design, customize, and sell high-quality Domestic and International travel itineraries for various segments (FIT, GIT, Corporate, Business Travel).

- Assess and understand clients’ needs to craft personalized travel experiences and solutions.

- Handle end-to-end travel planning, including transportation, accommodation, visa support, insurance, and concierge services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors, hotels, DMCs, and transportation providers across India and abroad.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction.

- Lead and manage a small team within Sales and Operations, ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery.

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.

- Leverage existing network to build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate the best rates.





Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism (IATA Certification preferred).

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry.

- Robust knowledge of Indian destinations, hotels, and transport vendors; exposure to international destinations is a plus.

- Excellent command over English, Bengali, and Hindi (verbal and written).

- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, email communication, and office systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and resourceful personality.

- Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

- A true travel enthusiast with a customer-first mindset and a passion for curating memorable journeys.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
