- Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Functional Responsibilities - · Field-based role supporting installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial heating/boiler/service products

· Assist in troubleshooting, breakdown analysis, and rectification at customer sites

· Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine service visits

· Prepare and submit service reports, job cards, and basic documentation

· Work closely with senior service engineers during site activities and shutdowns

· Interact with customers professionally and support issue resolution at site

· Build understanding of products, spares, applications, and service processes

· Participate in structured learning through Service Academy and on-the-job training

· Follow safety, quality, and service execution standards strictly

· Plan daily activities as per guidance and adhere to assigned schedules and priorities

· Collaborate with sales, service, and internal support teams for smooth execution

· Support efficiency trials, basic testing, and data collection at site (as applicable)

Key Expectations-

· Be open to extensive travel across locations, including short-notice site visits and outstation postings





· Be comfortable working in field conditions, plants, and industrial environments

· Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into an independent Service Engineer role

· Show customer-centric attitude, discipline, and ownership in assigned tasks

Training Module :

01 Year’s Apprenticeship (06 Months Training in Service Academy of Client at Pune and then 6 Months Training at respective Area Office / Region Office / Client’s Establishment / Vendor’s Establishment. Candidates will be trained to strengthen technical service capabilities at Client’s Service Academy, a structured learning platform designed to develop skilled service engineers and technicians. The academy focuses on hands-on technical training, safety practices, customer service excellence, and real-field exposure in Client’s technologies such as boilers, heating systems, cooling solutions, and environmental equipment.

Other Facilities :

Accommodation Cost - 80% By Client and 20% By Trainees during Training.

Food : Duty Meal only at Client’s Canteen during Training.

Transport – Trainees need to do their own arrangement during Training.

Salary : CTC Rs. 3,00,000 per annum (Statutory Deduction will be applicable as per Client’s Company Policy)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
