Position: Site In-Charge Mechanical / Electrical

Qualification & Experience:

BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: 1215 years of experience in handling Glass Manufacturing Plant Equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for complete site activities & documentation, ensuring manpower availability, admin, HR/IR, commercial, stores, etc.

Job details ;

*Overall incharge of Glass manufacturing Plant Equipment maintenance. operations covering Hot Zone, Cold End, Batch House, Utilities, and Electrical systems.

*Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities.

*Ensure availability of manpower, spares, tools, permits, and resources for uninterrupted plant operation.

*Enforce strict compliance with PTW/LOTO, SOP/SMP, and Reliance ZeroTolerance safety standards.

*Review breakdowns, downtime, and reliability issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.

*Coordinate with production,



planning, safety, and stores teams.

*Monitor PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance KPIs.

*Lead teams and ensure discipline, productivity, and quality of work.

*Review daily logs, shift handovers, and monthly MIS reports.

*Support audits, statutory inspections, and customer reviews.
