- Handle customer queries related to motor vehicle insurance.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers through voice interactions.
- Assist customers with insurance-related requests and service requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.

- Qualification: Graduates & Undergraduates
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience Mix: 30% Freshers / 70% Experienced
- Positive communication skills required.

- Work Window: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Week Off
