Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a B2B International Sales team.
- Drive team performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle sales escalations and support the team in closing business opportunities.




- Ensure effective team management and maintain high levels of engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/Assistant Manager role.
- Robust experience in team handling, team motivation, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Experience in International Sales will be preferred.
