Navayuga Consultancy Services, Puducherry, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced US/UK HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

- Position: US/UK Recruiter
- Location: Puducherry.
- Experience: 1 to 2+ Years
- Industry: Recruitment / Staffing
- Employment Type: Hybrid ( only for US/UK Recruiter)

UK & US IT Recruitment, particularly for technology profiles such as developers and other IT professionals. Candidates with 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment, international recruitment, UK recruitment or US recruitment will be preferred for this team.
- What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 Year of US/UK recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Ability to work with recruitment targets
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Willingness to learn and handle international recruitment
- Candidates with UK/US recruitment experience must.

- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Upcoming Specialized Recruitment Team
