nWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with CRM and sales processes, and exposure to Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.n
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and bulk mailing campaigns to prospective clients.n
- Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers.n
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, opportunity potential, and sales criteria.n
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.n
- Own the sales process end-to-end,



from prospect identification through opportunity development and closure.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems.n
- Support marketing campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and targeted outreach programs.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.n
- Consistently contribute toward achieving business development and revenue targets.n
