nWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced B2B Graphic Designer to lead the design efforts for our business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality design assets that effectively communicate our brand and drive engagement with our B2B clients.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Design Leadership:
n*Create visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns, including email templates, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages.
n*Lead the design strategy, ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all touchpoints.
n2. UI/UX Design:




n*Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD for digital platforms like websites and web applications.
n*Ensure designs are optimized for functionality, usability, and responsiveness.
n3. Collaboration:
n*Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
n*Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
n4. Content Creation:
n*Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and other B2B collateral.
n*Develop and maintain a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use.
n5. Manage quality outputs within the stipulated timelines
nQualifications:
n* Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in graphic design.
n* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and other relevant design tools.
n* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
